The Palm Springs Police Department is seeking a Real Time Intelligence Center Manager.

The Position: Under general direction, supervises, assigns, reviews, and coordinates the daily activities of the Palm Springs Police Department's Real Time Intelligence Center (RTIC), a centralized hub that integrates technology, data analysis, and intelligence to provide real-time support for crime prevention, response, and investigations.

This role involves training and supervising staff, managing advanced technologies, pursuing grant funding, fostering regional collaborations, conducting internal training, performing threat assessments, generating investigative leads, and ensuring seamless integration with police and city operations. This position will lead efforts to enhance public safety through proactive intelligence gathering and dissemination, adhering to all relevant federal, state, and local laws, including data privacy and Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance.
